Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions on which Cossonno makes its website at cossonno.store (the "Site") available to you. Opening the Site, browsing it, or ordering from it signals that you accept the Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the laws and regulations that govern your activity. If there is any part of this document you cannot agree to, please close the Site and refrain from buying from us.

The agreement formed here is enforceable at law and runs between you, the person using the Site ("User," "you," or "your"), and Cossonno LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Cossonno ("we," "us," or "our"). We may publish amended Terms from time to time; if you keep using the Site after an amendment appears, you are treated as having accepted it.

Subject to everything in these Terms, you receive a license to open and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. That license is limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable, and we may revoke it.

Activities you may carry out:

• Looking through the catalog and ordering products for your own personal use.
• Registering one account, and keeping it up to date, so that you can track and manage orders.
• Consulting the support material and informational pages we make available.
• Forwarding links to our product or content pages by honest means.

Activities you may not carry out:

• Employing the Site for anything unlawful, or in a manner that contravenes local, state, national, or international law.
• Seeking entry, without authorization, to restricted areas of the Site, to accounts belonging to other people, or to systems or networks linked to the Site.
• Running crawlers, bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or comparable harvesting tools against the Site to lift data or content, absent our prior written consent.
• Undermining the security, integrity, or performance of the Site, or of the infrastructure beneath it, whether by interference or disruption.
• Copying, reproducing, selling, reselling, or commercially exploiting the Site or any portion of it without express written permission from us.
• Introducing viruses, malware, or other destructive code into the Site or transmitting it through the Site.

If you register an account with Cossonno, the secrecy of your password and other sign-in credentials is your responsibility, as is every action taken while signed in to that account. The details you give us at registration must be accurate, current, and complete, and you undertake to correct them whenever they change.

Should you discover that your account has been accessed without your permission, or that its security has otherwise been compromised, contact us without delay at support@cossonno.store. We retain the discretion to suspend or shut down an account whenever we have reason to think it has been compromised or is being operated contrary to these Terms.

Accounts are personal: they may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to anyone else. Whatever you upload, post, or display through your account is your responsibility and yours alone.

Considerable care goes into the descriptions, photographs, and prices on the Site. Even so, we give no warranty that any of that content is accurate, complete, reliable, up to date, or free from error. When a typographical mistake, or an error in product or pricing data, results in an item being shown at the wrong price or with incorrect details, we may refuse or cancel any order placed for it.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars except where a page says otherwise, and they can change at any time without prior announcement. We may also modify a product, or withdraw it from sale entirely, at any moment and without notice or liability to you.

Stock levels fluctuate, and availability is never promised. We make reasonable efforts to fill every order, but we may restrict the quantity of any product sold to a customer and may decline to do business with anyone, at our sole discretion. No liability attaches to us if an item becomes unavailable after you order it; in that event we will inform you promptly that the order cannot be completed.

An order placed on the Site is your offer to buy the chosen products on these Terms; it becomes binding only once we accept it, and acceptance depends on availability. We may decline or cancel any order for any reason, including unavailability, an error in a listing or its price, or an indication of fraudulent activity.

Payment is due in full when the order is placed, through one of the methods offered at checkout. By entering your payment details you authorize us to collect the entire order total, taxes and shipping charges included, from the method you selected, and you represent and warrant that you are legally entitled to use that method.

The payment methods we accept are Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. When you select PayPal, the checkout redirects you to PayPal so that you can approve the payment there, and PayPal sends you back to our Site once approval is complete. Purchases paid through PayPal are additionally governed by the PayPal User Agreement.

Independent payment processors handle every transaction on a secure basis. Your full card number and payment credentials are never stored on our servers. Each processor applies its own terms, conditions, and privacy policy to the payments it handles.

Where an order appears suspicious or fraudulent, we may cancel it. If the cancellation occurs after payment has already been captured, we will refund the whole amount to the payment method you used, within a reasonable time.

Billing terms. Every order on the Site is a one-time transaction. We charge your payment method once, for exactly the total presented at checkout before you confirm the order, and nothing more. We do not sell or enroll customers in subscriptions, memberships, auto-ship programs, installment plans, or free trials of any kind. Your payment method will never be rebilled automatically; a further charge can arise only if you come back to the Site and place another order yourself.

Card charges will appear on your credit card or bank statement as COSSONNO or COSSONNO*8887053879. PayPal payments appear on your card or bank statement as PAYPAL *COSSONNO.

Only persons aged 18 years or older may buy from this Site.

Every price on the Site is expressed in US dollars (USD). Sales tax and shipping charges, where applicable, are computed at checkout.

Title to the products you buy from Cossonno, together with the risk of loss, passes to you at the moment we deliver the shipment to the carrier.

Need to cancel? Write to support@cossonno.store or call (888) 705-3879 as early as you can. An order can be cancelled only while it is still with us; once it has shipped, cancellation is no longer available, though our return process remains open to you.

If something about your purchase falls short, we ask that you speak with our customer support team first, before you file a dispute with your bank or card issuer, and before you open a dispute or claim in PayPal's Resolution Center if you paid with PayPal. We are committed to putting things right quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback or a PayPal claim without giving us the chance to help tends to lengthen the process and can complicate your refund.

Cossonno LLC or its content suppliers own all of the material that makes up the Site, and copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws protect it. That material includes the text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, audio, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the pages.

The Cossonno name and logo, and every related name, logo, product or service name, design, and slogan, are trademarks belonging to Cossonno. None of them may be used without our prior written permission. Other marks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Site unless we have consented in writing beforehand. The sole exception is the incidental copying that ordinary personal, non-commercial browsing unavoidably involves.

To the maximum extent the law permits, Cossonno and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates bear no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. That exclusion covers lost profits, lost data, loss of use, damage to goodwill, and other intangible losses, however they arise, whether from your access to the Site, your use of it, your inability to use it, or a product bought through it.

Our total liability to you, across every claim connected with these Terms or with your use of the Site, will not exceed the greater of two figures: the amount you paid Cossonno for the particular product or transaction at issue, or one hundred dollars ($100.00).

The Site and the products are supplied "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are expressly disclaimed. We do not promise that the Site will operate without interruption, remain secure, or be free of errors or defects.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cossonno together with its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and affiliates from every claim, damage, obligation, loss, liability, cost, and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arises out of or is connected to:

• Your access to or use of the Site, including any data or content you send or receive through it.
• A breach by you of any term in this document, including any of the representations and warranties you give.
• A violation by you of any right belonging to a third party, whether an intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right.
• An assertion that a third party suffered harm as a result of your use of the Site.

This duty continues to bind you after these Terms end and after you stop using the Site.

Governing Law: The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, govern these Terms and any dispute arising from them or from the Site, and they do so without reference to conflict of law principles. For any matter that falls outside the arbitration clause below, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming.

Arbitration: If a dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their breach, termination, or validity, is not resolved by informal negotiation within thirty (30) days after one party gives the other written notice, it will be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. One arbitrator will decide the matter, the proceedings will be held in the State of Wyoming, United States, and the award will be final and binding on both parties. Judgment on the award may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction.

Every arbitration is conducted on an individual basis only. Class actions, consolidated proceedings, and representative actions are excluded, and you waive any right to take part in a class action lawsuit or a class-wide arbitration against Cossonno.

We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Site at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of these Terms, and we may do so without prior notice and without incurring liability. From the moment of termination you no longer have any right to use the Site.

Provisions whose nature calls for them to survive termination will do so; that includes the ownership provisions, the warranty disclaimers, the indemnification obligations, and the limitations of liability.

To close your account voluntarily, send a request to support@cossonno.store. After closure we may keep certain information where the law requires it or where a legitimate business purpose justifies it.

Cossonno may amend or replace these Terms whenever it sees fit, at its sole discretion. Each change becomes effective as soon as it is posted on the Site and applies to every subsequent visit and use. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the page records when the current version was published.

Continuing to use the Site after amended Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the amendments. We suggest revisiting this page from time to time so that you remain aware of the current version. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to bring them to your attention, for instance by placing a conspicuous notice on the Site or by emailing the address associated with your account.

When you use the Site or complete a purchase, you consent to receiving communications from Cossonno in electronic form, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, account updates, promotional offers, and notices of policy changes. These may be delivered by email to the address you gave us. This consent is given pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (the E-SIGN Act) and any applicable state law. You can withdraw consent to promotional messages at any time, either by using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by contacting us directly.

Should a court of competent jurisdiction decide that any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be revised to the least extent required to make it valid and enforceable; where no such revision is possible, the provision will be severed. All other provisions remain in full force and effect regardless.

These Terms, read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cookie Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Cossonno about your use of the Site. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications between us on the subject, whether made electronically, orally, or in writing.

Products may be returned for a refund whether opened or unopened. You can send an item back even if you have opened it, broken its seal, or used it; we do not insist that a return be unused, unworn, or in its original packaging.

A return must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and you will need to supply proof of purchase, for example your order number or the order confirmation email.

To begin, get in touch with our support team at support@cossonno.store or (888) 705-3879. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must accompany the package you send back. Once a refund is approved, we credit it to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of the returned item arriving with us.

The complete procedure, including return shipping costs, exchanges, and our handling of damaged or defective items, is described in our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Cossonno is not liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under these Terms when the cause lies beyond its reasonable control. Such causes include, without limitation, natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, disruptions in the supply chain, failures of utilities or telecommunications, and any other force majeure event.
